Wolves rout Burnley in secret friendly.

We just have to wheel out the oldest cliché in the book, pre-season friendly results are meaningless, so nothing to worry about.

The permanent departure of Pope, Mee and Tarkowski, and the vacuum it's created will take some filling mon ami. There's going to have to be an awful amount of "stepping up to the plate" I reckon.

I will get more worried if Vincent starts talking about how good the opposition is and the amount of money they have spent before telling us that there were small margins.

He has had a little moan about us missing two sitters early on. I'm sure if Sean had read that he would have been thinking 'Tell me about it'.

Missing sitters should be the club motto.

Sorry love, we can't go out because we are missing sitters.
