But keep watching this thread....somebody will....

Maybe, if he pronounced his "H's" they would understand his sense.

Can not abide with these two minute interviews on very serious life matters.
Of course it will never look good
Usually the "anchor" only asks their required questions and pays little heed to any answers.
    Government mouth pieces.

Don't think many are by now unaware of the vast inequalities in terms of wealth across the UK and the few very wealthy will continue to protect their own interests as ever (a situation many Tories will not address). It does seem obscene that so many CEOs still award themselves large bonuses when so many are struggling financially but Unions demanding that wages increase to match inflation rates is nonsensical as this will only serve to push prices up as employers pass much of the cost of this on to consumers.

The country does need a considerable amount of levelling up but wage increases on their own will not do much to solve the cost of living crisis. Whilst I don't think that tax cuts are the solution to the current crisis either, I do agree, however, that there is some wriggle room to help many by cutting fuel duty as an example.

As with all recessions, of course, it is always the poorer who suffer most but quite how a better distribution of wealth is enabled in this country I really don't know. Still, as Wolfie used to say: "power to the people!"💪
