Quite an easy one this week , the award goes to Doncaster Rovers midfield player Lee Tomlin .

Two yellow in 17 seconds for kicking the ball away when Bradford were awarded a free kick and then kicking the ball away again plus simulation .

Tomlin is 33 years old by the way and vastly experienced .

Give your head a shake you moron , embarrassing son , embarrassing .
