    Were They a Common Sight?

It was often said that these mobility cars were often seen around the perimeter of football pitches during matchday. I defo remember seeing these things at Highfield Road on Star Soccer in the 70s

I think putting the ball in the actual quadrant was a common sight back then!

Those fibre glass mobility things were all over the place back in the day i dont think they had a steering wheel. I remember Graham Hill not being much of a fan of em

I remember them being quite common back in the day. As an aside I also recall knowing someone who had one of those 3 wheeled "bubble " cars (bmw isetta?) which had the door at the front who parked it once facing a wall and forgot that it had no reverse gear! 😀 Luckily it was light enough for some of his mates to manually move it backwards.
