I was never all that convinced about Baraclough as a player, and I'm even less convinced about him as a manager. To be fair, anyone managing Northern Ireland is up against it because their pool of talent is very limited, but they certainly showed more resilience under O'Neill than they did under Bara. As Chicken Balti Pie says, Michael O'Neill must be tempted to pick up where he left off, because I can't see any particularly good club management offers coming in his direction after a fairly nondescript time at Stoke.
O'Neill is being touted, only cos he's out of a job. Baraduff was his no2 when he was Manager of them.
Never rated him as a Manager. Wasn't he at Scunny? Was also shortlisted for Notts at one time under RT
