    Ryan Yates/Midfielders

Played very well for Forest yesterday. He showed the bite and energy that endeared him to Notts fans during his loan spell at Notts.
At the start of the season, I was one of the many calling for a Ryan Yates style midfielder. It seems Bajrami has quietened those calls, and I'm looking forward to seeing him play when I next come to Meadow Lane.
Just wondered which positions people would strengthen if Notts had £100-£150k or so.

I don’t have an issue with Slocombe but if we could get someone of Patterson’s calibre, I would strengthen the keeper.
Other than that it would be adequate cover at Centre Mid.
I think if Langstaff was to get injured, I’d play Scott up top and bring Austin in. I think the goals would still come.

I'd sign a keeper and cover for Brindley and Chicksen. I don't think we have anyone of Palmers standard of he were to be out for any length of time either.

I’d pay Mitchell off and free up a wage

So would I. Francis and Taylor as well. I just think we need better for back-up.

It is hard to imagine how you sign players good enough to sit on the bench in case of injury to Palmer a d Langstaff. I think we are reasonably well covered elsewhere. Obviously a Patterson clone would be acceptable.
