Midweek games just as tough for other clubs

We have no doubt, the hardest set of fixtures in November of all Championship clubs. However, looking at what's going off this coming week, those below us don't have easy games either.

    Tuesday 1st Nov

    Coventry v Blackburn
    Bristol City v Sheff Utd
    West Brom v Blackpool
    Hull v Boro

    Weds 2nd Nov

    Cardiff v Watford
    Huddersfield v Sunderland
    Wigan v Stoke

Looking at our fixtures realistically, I cannot see where a point is coming from but, we are Rotherham Utd and can upset anyone where least expected.

Yes, anyone can beat anyone in this league and that's one of the reasons it's always been my favourite, even in the old Division Two days.

Nowt wrong with a misspell.....don’t make you any better than me. Thought you once pulled someone up for ridiculing someone in a similar situation? 😉

Brin, if I had my way I'd appoint Poddington as Chief Grammatical Officer and any spelling indiscretions would be punished with a ban. However, as I'm a moderate moderator I usually let things go or simply make light of them.

We are good for 3 points if the opponent is Wednesday away.

Fair points and Mr P would be all over misspellings like a rash .

MT, we are no better off if we play Tues/Weds as both allow us two days off before the next Saturday match.

Play Saturday then Tuesday = 2 days off

Play Wednesday then Saturday = 2 days off

The only time you slightly benefit is when you play Sat/Tues/Sat but that wont happen this month due to the World cup fixtures coming up.
One blessing is, we like the rest of other teams get a whole month to clear our injury backlog, re group and train on new concepts, set pieces, formations etc. All we have to do now is ride out November's fixtures

NB. We do have a small rest though as we play the Blades away on Tuesday 8th Nov and then the final November game on 12th at Luton away.

Miss Poddington, and people like David_r9 was it ?
Even IBS was funny in an annoying sort of way, at least they didn't keep repeating the same sh*t over and over again.
