He'll need to set up with a different email address. I've had that before where I was inactive, forgot password, no response from forgot password (surely it should be automated), and had to start again

I tried to get a password reminder but it never appeared in any of my inboxes. I tried loads of times. I then tried to set up a new one and it kept asking for a refferal from someone. I don't know anyone on the site for a referral. I luckily managed to find my old password.
