For some reason I’m really looking forward to this one ( in my armchair ) but forecasting the result is a hard call in my opinion.
I’d settle for a crappy 1-0 .

An opportunity to bounce back to winning ways following the boxing day game at Accrington which in all honesty left a nasty taste in the mouth and felt like a defeat .
Reading the post match interviews from Duff and a couple of players I sense a determination to put that right with a good winning performance tomorrow evening .
You can't take anything for granted of course and the Fleetwood club will have had someone in the stands at the Wham Stadium who noted that we were knocked out of our stride by a willingness from the opposition to spoil , turn the game in to a fight and a bit of shytehousery thrown in for good measure .
The only surprise to me on our recent good run is that it took so long for many of the more industrial teams at this level to cotton on .
Your Burton's , Forest Green and MK Dons didn't want to compete and were sent packing with ease .
I'd expect a robust and aggressive Fleetwood team to rock up tomorrow evening and spoiling for a fight .
I'll be more than interested to see how we react .

Yet another game against a team in the bottom half of the table. No wonder some might be getting the impression this Third Division is not as good as they thought. Team and league positions for recent games--
Fleetwood tonight---14th
Accrington---20th
Burton---23rd
Peterboro---8th
MK Dons---21st
Shrewsbury---12th
Forest Green---22nd
Lincoln---14th
Morecambe---24th
Let us hope we continue to gather points in this run of "kind" fixtures.

Well if Wycombe continue their form till the end of the season then one of us is potentially going to miss out .
Ourselves , Bolton or Derby and to be fair Wycombe pose as much a threat as our other rivals do given they've had one promotion via the play offs to the championship and last season made the play off final .
There's also the Ainsworth factor too , extremely capable manager at this level and I expect Wycombe to stay the course .
It's games like tonight should we not win that we are going to look back on if we miss out .
As SB's pointed out we've had a kind run of fixtures of late and we need to continue to cash in .
Its a poor standard of football to watch in this league. Most opponents are sh1thouses who just make it tough and scrappy which is obviously within their rights. Thankfully, Duff makes our lads pass the ball and we are stringing some decent moves together of late. However, we need more quality in the final third to capitalise. It's glaringly obvious. Tonight will be another tough game against a well organised Fleetwood side. I think we should have enough in the tank to get a win

Unchanged from boxing day and can't really argue with that , mind you that bench !!
Scott Brown as a player never accepted losing , if he transpires that into his team's mentality tonight ?we could be in for a scare , big win hopefully for the Reds !!!
