And replaced by?
Sell him.
Ferguson like all lower league players runs with his head down.
Cuffy by contrast and probably because of his coaching at Arsenal runs with his head up, looking around constantly for options.
If we are a serious club we need to dig out the untalented but willing runners like Ferguson and recruit more talented players like Cuffy.
Cuffy is a £2 million player
Exactly, players leaving and NO commitment from the club to sign players only temporary loan players and as MT says likely in the later part of January, we have people on here saying don’t recall JJ as he isn’t good enough, so who shall we play instead? With injuries and potential exits we are down to the bare bones that includes two old blokes at the end of their careers and as MT says others that cannot play back to back games. If the club don’t provide the tools to the manager you couldn’t blame him if he walked in February let us be honest he won’t be the first to do so when they saw the level of support from the board.
I seem to recall reading somewhere that we have an option of another year on Ferguson,s contract
Might have been one of PD,s Tiser articles
If so ,that would give us a bit more bargaining power with Charlton
No wonder you get stick on here! Do you expect us to be able to sign/loan players who will have impact every minute/every game they play? I guess the simple answer is just to get TS to sign the entire Man City 1st XI squad but I have an inkling that might be out of our budget (and even then you'd find fault with those playing over those that aren't).
