    Imo whatever they have overspent they should be fined the same amount and that cash distribution between the other 91 league clubs

    Great idea! Then set that as a bench mark to others and roll it out stating it doesn’t matter what league you’re in. Imagine the likes of Birmingham, Reading and Wigan all paying us something for their over spending?

    It’s time they capped transfer then the greedy agents get feck all.then we would see how great some of these so called managers would be.Too many brown envelopes in football.In the last two transfer windows Chelsea have spent over 500million

    Not sure how true it is, but the sports reporter on GBNews stated that in the last transfer window, Chelsea spent more than the combined clubs of Spain, Italy, Germany and France put together!
