I don't know how to post the video on here, but you can watch it from the official Notts website, a very interesting but lighthearted insight into the rehab of TAR from his two recent operations. He has been sorely missed in my opinion and will be like having a new player next season.

If TAR can be out that long , basically miss a huge chunk of a great, record breaking season where he's not been able to contribute and remain that happy and positive then it should be a piece of pie for the fanbase after just missing out on the title#PVO

I can't imagine any private gym being able to get close to the range of equipment they'll have at David Lloyd - that "skiing" machine we see in the video, for instance.

Before I moved to Australia and I was trying to sell our house,our shower broke and I didn't want to pay to fix it. So I joined a gym and showered at David Lloyd for 6 months. Great showers!!!!!
