    The Yanks

Apart from Adams, who fits the CM role well, the other two Mckennie & Aaronson, complete waste of money.
McKennie, no where fit enough ( MB would have had a field day ) but a good example of what the fried chicken diet can do, and little college boy Aaronson, far to fragile / lightweight, spends more time rolling around and inspecting the grass, than actually running on it.

Our problem isn't our attackers nor the defense. Midfield is out problem. We don't have a defensive mid to help the defense. We don;t have a creative midfielder to fkin create shyte. And we def don't have an attacking midfielder who can score goals and assist the attackers.
You don't have those midfielders and you cause defensive problems and attacking problems.
How the f did they decide to let Klitch go when we were struggling just proves how incapable this dumb smart arses running the club are.

Would play Foreshaw ahead of McKennie. Gyabi must surely be with a shout too.

Aaronson I still quite like but he has played a lot of games, is young and has ****e around him.

Why did we let Klich go again?

Partly because those who run the club wouldn't recognise a player who would give their all to play for LUFC if their lives depended on it, and partly (I suspect) because he had been the subject of a consistent and concerted campaign by certain sections of the LUFC "supporters" to have him sold because he "wasn't good enough", and to their everlasting shame, the club listened. Do a search on this forum for around the beginning of 2022 until seasons end, evidence isn't that hard to find.

We have lost all those who would walk over burning coals to play for LUFC, the likes of Alioski, Hernandez, Berardi, Dallas (admittedly through injury, but who knows if he will ever return) and so many others, squandered the spending on youth players by not providing them with adequate opportunity to show their potential, and filled the 1st team with what? Anonymous dross.

This forum and others have been inundated with demands for following the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea, Spurs, Schitty, Scum, etc etc, down the route of spending vast sums of money to buy success, difference being that we have neither their deep pockets, nor the expertise of those responsible for recruitment to actually invest wisely with the funds we do have, recipe for disaster predictably coming to fruition.

I'd rather we played in League 1, honestly and with passion, and the supporters could be proud to follow the club no matter what the ground they visit, nor the lack of "development" at ER, as they did not so very long ago, than continue the current path of becoming "just another PL club", populated by here today, gone tomorrow nobodies with no connection to, or with the club concerned, only worried about how large the next pay check and how to increase it, rather than improve the prospects of club they represent.

A fully fit Foreshaw is a good player for us and rarely gives the ball away.

Will come in handy next season in the Championship - just too injury prone unfortunately.
