My brother was a longterm sufferer of it and ended up going private and having an operation. £4k later he is better.
He made me watch the video of the procedure, it has put me off grapes and raisins for life!

Have the occasional bout of itchy @rse which usually clears up after a few applications of cream. Glad to report I've never gone full on grape vine or baboon @rse and have managed to avert the need for salt water anal bathing.
