Turned down a billion doller move to Saudi - although, judging by what has been said he's going to be getting a hefty cut from the likes of Adidas and Apple to be in MLS.

MLS will pay dizzy money to attract a player like Messi no matter how old they are.

I can see a few more big names ending their careers over there.

The Adidas & Apple deals combined with over contracts they've put together for Messi is worth closer to $2Billion, so more than he was offered by Saudi.

He kinda did them dirty. They were negotiating him going to Saudi during his time as the Saudi Tourist Authority.

However it's a legacy thing the USA are using Messi to promote the World Cup there in 2026.

So it's the money + he's making himself a brand like Beckham.

    Meh, don't really care.

Not interested in R7, Benzema, Messi or any of these legends. At this point it's not just WWE level entertainment not sport.

My focus is solely on the rise and rise of Eddie Howes high flying Magz!
