    the on paper rundown

so 45 days to go before we batter and splatter carduff, but all giggles aside, how favourable has the rundown been to us?

based SOLELY on league position last season (so leicester would be 1st, southampton 3rd, plymouth 22nd, ipswich 23rd, and sheffield 24th, due to them coming down from the prem, or up from league 1 (we would be 2nd but don't play against ourselves)), how do the months look for us?

    AUGUST - GOOD

    cardiff 21st
    birmingham 17th
    west brom 9th
    ipswich 23rd

    SEPTEMBER - BAD

    sheffield 24th
    millwall 8th
    hull 15th
    watford 11th
    southampton 3rd

    OCTOBER - GOOD

    qpr 20th
    bristol 14th
    norwich 13th
    stoke 16th
    huddersfield 18th

    NOVEMBER - OK

    leicester 1st
    plymouth 22nd
    rotherham 19th
    swansea 10th

    DECEMBER - BAD

    middlesbrough 4th
    blackburn 7th
    sunderland 6th
    coventry 5th
    ipswich 23rd
    preston 12th
    west brom 9th

    JANUARY - GOOD

    birmingham 17th
    cardiff 21st
    preston 12th
    norwich 13th

    FEBRUARY - GOOD

    bristol 14th
    rotherham 19th
    swansea 10th
    plymouth 22nd
    leicester 1st

    MARCH - GOOD

    huddersfield 18th
    stoke 16th
    sheffield 24th
    millwall 8th
    watford 11th

    APRIL/MAY - BAD

    hull 15th
    coventry 5th
    sunderland 6th
    blackburn 7th
    middlesbrough 4th
    qpr 20th
    southampton 3rd

Overall I think it could have been a bit kinder, ultimately we have to play em all at some stage, but december and april/may look pretty brutal, I think october could be our best month, i'd expect us to aim for an unbeaten month for october but again its only on paper, we don't know what any clubs squads will be like, what injuries or suspensions will be picked up etc

whats your thoughts on the fixture list?

A few unknowns yet Clive me lad.
    Confirm ownership.
    Confirm manager.
    Confirm players out.
    Confirm players bought.
Only thing for sure, most of us will still be yapping on here.

Yapping - do you mean stimulating, intellectual conversation by like minded (ok stretching it now) individuals.

Why on earth does this matter? We can't forecast what we we will do, or achieve, over the next month or so, the next 12 moths is just "out there" and we should just guess!
