Tbf, leaving "by mutual consent" is more often than not a euphemism for the sack
Both Kiwomya and Ince "left by mutual consent" which in those two cases was clearly a euphemism for the sack. They probably both did agree they "couldn't take the club forward" and accepted some sort of financial pay deal.
"left by mutual consent" can mean other things though. If he didn't like the way Solihull was going as a club then we should expect to see him as manager at a better club very soon, if he ends up somewhere just as cr@p then this probably was a sacking to all intents and purposes.
York has been suggested.
They gave it a go season before last and ALMOST got promo. Then towards the end of last season let 2 of their best players out on loan, sounds like Arders has had enough and walked away to me, budget cuts afoot.

Odd announcement. ‘Disappointed’ doesn’t really tally with ‘mutual consent’.
Anyway, he’s a nice bloke etc etc hope he gets a better job. York would be a step up.
I think "disappointed to announce" is fairly standard fare for a departing manager, sacked or otherwise, no club ever says "we are delighted to announce the departure of our manager....". That doesn't mean Ardley wasn't the chief instigator in this particular case however.
I'd like to see where he ends up before drawing a conclusion.
