    Well done Gru

I have a picture of my father with the first ever £1,000 Mayday cheque, when it was set up.

Thanks both. Great club for phoning me for letting me know. Breck last year called me after I payed my losing bet through him into Rotherham Hospice. People knock Paul Douglas but end of previous season brov whose got health problems had a scare at a game ended up in medical centre after he thanked club he sent him him a concerning reply.

gru, well done on the win.

I've been in the Millers Mayday for nigh on 38+ years and I've won the first prize twice and and consolation third prize of £25.

Yes I've paid more in than I've won but for me, what has gone in goes some way in funding the club.

NB. I've always paid £8.99 a month so how come you only pay £6.50?

Well done gru it’s great when you win I myself have 4 numbers costs me around £26 for the month I myself have won it a few times and count myself very lucky for that like others on here I’ve paid in for a lot of years now and like Brin says it’s helping the club
I suppose it’s a bit of a gamble but when there’s only I think 1500 numbers a lot who have dropped out it’s pretty good odds
I don’t do the horses cards lottery or anything else so for me it’s win win as if I don’t win I’m paying for Tom Eaves boot laces!

Why is it done in such an old fashioned way? Cheque?! I wouldn't even know how to cash a cheque, let alone write one. Cash. Do you pay per year? Doesn't stipulate online. Or Standing Order. I half know what that is, ish. Can't we do direct debits like most companies? We can for season tickets so...
