Tottenham Hotspur owner Joe Lewis has been charged with "orchestrating a brazen insider trader scheme", US attorney Damian Williams has said.
Mr Williams used a video announcement to accuse the British billionaire of using inside information to "shower gifts on his friends and lovers".
Mr Lewis "has been indicted and will face justice" in the Southern District of New York (SDNY), Mr Williams said.

If he is prosecuted and found guilty he will then fail the Premier League owners test and will have to stand down from his position at Spurs.

I watched the US attorney on Sky sports last night, talking about Joe Lewis giving certain friends
& women he was taking out, insider information on stocks & shares.
It shows that certain people make millions, on insider information, every country will be the same.
