    Marquee free transfers.

Is that two e"s? United fans are fuliminating with optimism, a bit like one flew over the cuckoos nest planning to bust out.

And its well founded taking into account the marquee free transfers, theres Tutankamuns mummy, a beatnik in a coffee bar, and someone i though i had met previously, at an autopsy, and even back then i wondered if the subject of attention had all the mobility of a Cambridge player.

Corr said that Jason Cousins was a proper player, and will become a fans favourite, United havent had one of those, a proper player, since Becks time, had a lot then.

There will be games, no most games, oh, all the games where watching a vacuum cleaner will be more entertaining than watching united, and turning a light switch on and off.

At half time United should put a play on, on the pitch, the language in half greek and half in latin, no one will know whats going on, like the first half, and the second, and previous games.

It must be a tragedy in keeping with the performances and history of the club.

That the hero, the chairman, allows an Asp to bite him, and he falls down dramatically, to the titters of the crowd. This will prepare the crowd if there is one, for the tragedies to come on the pitch, like Lankester blasting over from three yards.

And hitting a board put up by Boner that has an arrow pointing at the goal.

As always, kicking off is always a disadvantage, delaying it, or not doing it at all is better. Then again, why not show off marquee free transfers?, its bound to be good, roll on.

You won’t be there Frank so it doesn’t matter,in fact all of your information on the matches will be second hand and you would be better off reporting on the Wisbech games, you don’t give anything to the club either financially or encouragement so opinions are worthless, who’s going to listen to what you think if you give no support what’s so ever, get down the Abbey Frank and enjoy yourself while you can,you are no longer the teenager thst you once was

No, when i pass the Abbey im always tempted to leave a calling card on the step. You cant tell lies and take my money with impunity.

I went to March v Newport Pagnell yesterday, the good news is the oldest stand in the country is still there, and for god sake, they have painted it black, the eaves seem to be original, like the old coventry grpound but a different design. Entering the ground was like entering a football league ground with the back of the stand facing the street and multiple floodlight pylons, but not much else inside.

The pitch was wembley like, perfect, and seemed to be two pitches it was that big. The football was dire, the players could not get the ball under, and when they did, couldnt do anything with it, couldnt pass, etc.

Dreadful, it was just blokes chasing a ball.

Logged onto the united counties league site, and unbelievably there is a div 1, one club getting an attendance of 400, there were 330 at March.

The english appetite for football un insatiable.

Crowds of 300/400 at thst level is very good,I’ve got to admit thst I do like to watch Carlton Town every now and again,I’ve decided to take in an Arnold Town game sometime this season as I haven’t seen them in years and I have only visited their “new” ground only the once,I’m not even sure what league they play in so surely a visit is well overdue
