think this is a good move by the club.
oxford looks like they will be competitive this year and maybe even a promotion push out of LG 1. Perkins could be a huge factor in that if it happens. Great for confidence and maturity.
if Piroe is as good as advertised he'd been sitting the bench and U-23s are not the same as a promotion push.
