    Compared to last season

After 5 games we had 6 points, a +1 GD… we have the same this season.

Last season after 7 games we had 8 points, we have Sheff Utd and Burnley next… think we should be on more than 7 points after 7 games this season.

All this ‘doom and gloom’ in the press is gonna disappear, if anything it should move to Old Trafford ;-)

Yes indeed! We are in great shape comparatively. We've played the Bin Dips, City away & a Brighton team who are looking good for top 4 on early season form.

The MSM are desperate to cause unrest at the club to protect the Fraudulent (6) darlings positions at the top of the table.

Being run by consummate professionals with Saudi backing, as with all high level arabs, discursion is paramount.

We've seen the 'leaks' coming out of the club during the Cabbage patch/C'ashley days completely dry up.

So the Fleet street hacks, who are predominantly Bindip or red Filth fans, have no stories to bash us and rile our fanbase up.

They clutch at any straw they can get their sweaty little mitts on. These days there is nothing for them to report on. The drama on and off the pitch at OT is the real story of the EPL season so far. However, that won't stop them trying to get the club to fire EH as we're United from top to bottom, Boardroom to terraces, PiF to punter. Newcastle United are a real threat, we're doing everything right, within the letter of the FFP laws and no matter how hard the fraud 6 & their stooges, the UEFA/EPL powers that be try, we are going to sit at the top of the Premier league and challenge European Royalty for the European Crown.

Even the BBC were on it claiming that ‘pressure on Howe eases after Brentford win’. What pressure FFS? Someone correct me if I’m wrong but I think we have exactly matched the results from last season i.e. best Villa at home, lost at home to Livarpool, etc.?
It would be funny if the fixture list order decided a manager’s future.
So, it’s not ideal we haven’t improved on last season yet but hardly a time for this ridiculous reaction from the press.
Eddie’ll sort it - he always does.

The difference between our current owners & the previous owner is that our current lot have the best interests in our manager to be a success for the club where are the previous owner couldn't care less, he kept managers in place to maintain the success to SD's bottom line. Milking it!

We're also differently organised compared to the other league teams. The board have said repeatedly Eddie is a long term manager, they would love him to become our Fergi.

A few tough results aren't gonna change that. "trust the process" is something you hear from those guys all the time. Our current owners are serious business people. They are not prone to u-turns or knee jerk reactions at a few negatives. It's about long term strategy and the stability that comes with it.

There will not have even been a single comment about Eddie's position until the anti-Newcastle Fleet street hacks started to whip up this mild hysteria.

Storm in a tea-cup, nothing to report here, however that never stops the incompetent journos from spouting their garbage.

Ignore it all, don't give these clowns oxygen, clicks & validation. They'll go spew their garbage on another fanbase who will more than likely bite and the disrespect leveled at their clubs.
