Why are these type of things always held when I'm away?

Reading the 10 page document one thing that did make me laugh.

Acoustics, how the stadium sits in the environment from ump**** angles ( including Charlie drive ) squirrels, birds, trees taking into account, wanting to be good neighbours and everything looking bonny and clean.

Consideration giving to the deceased and mourners.

My question would have to be.......so how did you look after your auld hoose lads?

    All depends on the question.

Do you want a new shiny stadium and leave dens?......maybe 80%

Do you want to leave Dens and move to tannadice short term......maybe 50%

Do you want to leave Dens without a spade in the ground.......20%

Do you want Dens flattened before a spade in the ground......I'd hope 1%

And the football club itself (IE every one of us) seems to be well behind what every other bugger wants.

Boy in courier Andrew Batchelor.......****ing hell he has linking arms with dabs and singing Cumbia.

Not interested in football and calls it footie. God help us

I assumed the question was are u happy with the camper down stadium project.
They shud build on that support by being transparent with future playing plans in between moving but John Nelms probably doesn't view this as important.
    It obviously is.
