    Birmingham City

Have decided to sack manager John Eustace despite being in the top 6 in the Championship. It reminds me of when they gave Gary Rowett the push just so they could bring in Zola as their manager.

Rumour going around down here is that Wayne Rooney has been lined up.
Probably somebody putting two and two together because he has just left Washington DC ---time will tell.

6th in the table. Another case of lifting the profile of the club. Someone is going to be disappointed.

The daughter of a friend of mine works for Birmingham City, she's texted her mum telling her to get a bet on Rooney as next Birmingham manager

I still don't see Rooney as a good manager. I suspect he will follow Hughes to the lower divisions.

Big mistake. The fans and owners will realise that, in due course.Hasn’t achieved anything as a manager. What are the owners at St Andrews really expecting him to achieve ? Not rated by any of the experts on tv either.
