Calm yer sen down. It has been noted that Sir Tom said his book publications were not to be involved in all the charity monies that were collected at the time. What his family have failed to do, was to inform anyone of this before his passing so now, questions are being asked by such as yourself.

I for one don't feel they have committed any crime and that they have only been foolish in not disclosing relevant information prior to Sir Tom's passing.

    Yeah right.

However, the prologue of the autobiography reads: "Astonishingly at my age, with the offer to write this memoir I have also been given the chance to raise even more money for the charitable foundation now established in my name."

What's the quickest way to make a million quid. Register a charity.

Brin people bought that book believing it wasn't for personal gain by his family.

She's admitted taking money from ALL 3 books.

Including the one with comments above.

Captain Sir Tom Moore's daughter has admitted keeping £800,000 from three books the late army veteran had written, despite the prologue of one of them suggesting the money would go to charity.

Good ol' fashioned greed. Simple as that.

They knew where people assumed the money would go, and were happy to keep schtum, so as to not risk upsetting the gravy train.

They aren’t the only ones pulling the wool over peoples eyes.
BBC children in need, think your money money is going towards sick kids in hospital or helping out families suffering from the effects of. Think thats what’s most people assume, think again…perhaps was the original intent, take a look in the small print and see where some of the money goes.
Arses covered as it’s the small print but morally it’s down there.
    Not a penny more.

Absolutely right and I'm surprised anyone could think differently.
