Well! Villa scab a 10th min injury time equaliser to get a draw.. Blades earn a very good point to put the Clarets rock bottom where we thoroughly deserve to be. The pain will carry on come tomorrow when Fulham will destroy us..

All the bottom teams are showing resilience and fighting spirit bar one.

Villa were unlucky to have that goal disallowed by a VAR intervention. While it looked like the Fotheringham was impeded on the replay, Ramsey was certainly having his shirt pulled by Boldock it looked like six and two three's to me.

The first potential penalty looked like the villa player was pushed in the back by one player and also having his shirt pulled by another player, this would have been a foul if not in the penalty area.

The second potential penalty, you could see the ball hit him just above the elbow, but he did move his arm towards the ball, not sure on this one just where the cut off point is on the arm.

I was surprised at Villa, maybe they thought all they had to do was turn up, but it wasn't until late on they ever got more than 2/3 attackers in the Sheffield penalty area, and as they were heavily outnumbered, not much was falling their way.

When we beat them 5-0, presumably we were giving up. Like at Brighton?

It's the defensive naivety that's killing us w_c not the will or lack of fight to play.

FFS will someone give Trafford some protection when a ball is dropped on his napper?

Somebody needs to tell Trafford how to command his box and teach him how to jump above defenders to catch or punch the ball.

I would worry about Trafford if he was the only keeper in the PL struggling at corners but he isn't, not by any means, you can see it in every game, keepers getting blocked and obstructed at every corner, and very rarely do you see any keeper catch the ball from a corner, or even get a good clear punch on it. Villa had a goal disallowed for a foul on the Sheffield keeper last night, it's rife. Trafford isn't helped by the fact that our defenders are so weak in the air as well, a header out of the box from a corner is as rare as rocking horse ****e.

You will see a different Sheffield United when we play them in the New Year. They won't be out to get their manager sacked this time.
