    Club shop

    In the Toon for the day and just been to it. Much better than when I last visited a year ago. Bought my first shirt since Ashley arrived - blue one. Shirts half price now and almost everything reduced.

    Very disappointed about the shop my Son got me a top for Christmas but ordered the wrong size they won’t have it back because I took it out of the bag to try it on on Christmas Day ��

    Did he get it online? The tops in the shop are all on hangars, not in bags. Mebe try to take it to the shop?

    I can’t see how they can refuse to swap it if you take it to the club shop.

    Because my Son lives in London and that’s why he bought it on the net

    Can't you get him to send you the receipt up by post, explain the situation at the club shop and I'm sure for customer relations they would sort your problem. After all it would be simple for them to repack and re shelve it.
