It's actually quite tragic because Barton can be very articulate and he's actually very intelligent .
I once saw him on Question Time and he more than held his own and I've seen him on a number of other political channels on YouTube and again he's very knowledgeable .
Really let's himself down with this nonsense .

Comparing the circumstances of the man's death to his court case following the Stendel incident is a very poor hill to die on in my opinion .

Whilst I know what Barton has done in the past and often what he is today there are some things he's done that may surprise people .
He was instrumental in setting up " The Rainbow Laces Campaign " to promote anti homophobia in football and society .
Nobody with a high profile in football had the minerals back then to go anywhere near it .
