Hello all,

So years ago this was a really vibrant Board and lots of banter etc but now it?s quiet ?

Is this cos life gets in way ? Or folk get bored ?

I can honestly say life got in way for me..

I?m gonna try to make more effort as do really enjoy the crack on here and there are still some good posters that do still come on.

To be fair Dazzy you were one of the few people who were nice to me when first started posting here. You were my main rival on fpl until you signed Wolfwinkle and lost the plot ever since. However you are doing OK this season.
12 years ago when i joined I just lost my house. I was using the board as a distraction. Now I have a 7 year old autistic son (not feeling sorry for myself) Life changes from year to year and we adapt. It is **** without the old posters like Stateside Lefty Bendan etc. Now Winnie Oz Rosie don't post now and it's almost killed the board.

Hey Dazzy - not been in the Tavern for a while so only just seen this, I think for many people the mass adoption of social media has replaced these forums and most of them are now dormant. The Baggies board is alive and well but sadly this one is also going one way which is a big shame - being a Villan it helps me feel connected and I enjoy the different perspectives from others.

Bong - I had no idea you'd lost your house mate, never been through rough times like that, like you I miss the musings of the crowd who used to regularly post on here. Autism requires a lot of patience and an inbuilt mechanism not to take things personally when it doesn't go so well.

Hi Lads
been ages but thought I'd pop in to say hello. Sad to see the forum gone so quiet and yes i think its a case of life getting in the way and maybe the accessibilty of other forums such as FB pages.
