    The Great God SKY has spoken and we now play at 8pm on Thursday 22nd August.

    Oh well. Clubs like Notts need money from companies like Sky, so we can’t really moan when they move games. The plus for me is that there will be less coked up Mariners in attendance.

    I was expecting to get fixtures moved but assumed Fridays or Sundays. Thursday??? That's rubbish.

    Especially rubbish if you're away. Not so bad late summer, but I expect many people are going to be proper annoyed if we get a game or two moved to a Thursday night during winter.

    This will be the first non-Boxing Day fixture for Notts on a Thursday in 23 years.

    I won't be there 3 hour drive and work commitments . A shame as enjoyed the awayday last season and had planned a bit of a weekend of it but now I will be watching it on the box . Do any of you know what the little boozer at the railway station is called ?
    Had a few lovely pints in there last time out some lovely old ales .

    It’s called Beer Hedz - I travel on the train up from Cambridge for matches and often pop in there for one.

    Ive just cancelled all Sky Sport subscriptions, not that it will make any difference to them, but theyre not having my money. Along with VAR and the PL theyre ****ing choking the game to death
