I'd give it Klopp or Mourinho. Someone with proven experience and success at the highest level and a massive character that fans can get behind.
Edit: Just realised Jose is managing in Turkey.

Just seen Graham Potter is favourite. Why bring in a coach who failed at a top club? Maybe he'd bring in Birchnall as his assistant for the ultimate dream team.

Southgate gone at last..6 years overdue. Easy runs in tournaments have given him far too long in the job.
Said it in 2018..getting to the semis was the worst thing that could happen.

Hasn't Klopp said he's left Liverpool as he needs a rest anyway although I like him I'd much prefer an English manager
