Berge is he going or not

Starting to disrupt things this now imo anyway.

Utd want him as a cheap option - back up at best and they’ll still buy Ugarte because that’s who ten Haag wants

So we’re sticking to our guns apparently and not folding ( fair play to the owners ) but the transfer window is becoming a mockery for me anyway all it’s doing is disrupting teams - we need to gain momentum not be losing people 4/5 games in.

O’Shea a bit similar situation- if we’re selling pay the money or F off and sniff round someone else’s players.

It will be interesting to see how the personal dynamics play out between Alan Pace & Cardy Parker. The current rumour mill suggests Leeds United & Sunderland are both interested in buying Manuel Benson and the lad seems to be way down Cardy Parker's pecking order. If we can raise funds from the sales of Twine, Obafemi, Benson, Weghorst & Amdouni, financially speaking we might then be able to keep Sander Berge & Dara O'Shea. Makes sense to me and I'll bet Cardy Parker sees it too. I wonder if Alan Pace can manage with only selling "fringe players" and not the star players?

I really don’t see the issue with twine or Obafemi they aren’t going to feature - we’ve bought a new forward anyway so for me get the deals done.

I just feel that the premiership big boys think they can do whatever they want and it’s starting to become a little un nerving - must be horrible for Parker

Brentford know o shea is worth the money - just choosing to play the game - I say pay up or do one it’s simple for me - always pick pick at relegated clubs if they have quality.

What I will say is have a think back the last time we had several players all linked away

VK - not liked on here by many but obviously knows how to find a bargain and develop for re sale.

Roll on the 30th of August when the transfer window closes,my God it's so boring 😴..None of us has any idea who's coming and going so why pre guess. Get a feckin life the lot of you and let the owners that be sort it instead of worrying yourselves into an early grave. 🫣

One aspect to watch here army is that now VK has gone (and he was brought in very much to oversee the buy cheap, develop & sell on business model) is whether Burnley’s transfer market dealings continue to follow that model or whether Scotty will be allowed to operate in a different way.

If only Alfie, at my age an early grave is not one of my concerns.

Me too# I'm past the early grave syndrome by some margin, I might as well stay to support Jeremy Corbyn a while longer.

I realise we have to sell but I'm hoping we don't make the mistake of selling too many of the players who really make a difference. Very very
sorry to see Oderbert go, our chances of promotion have gone down significantly imo.

Cardy Parker seems to rate Anass Zaroury and Benny is still with us, so at present I'm quite calm.
