Just shows how some moves don’t contribute to your mental health. Just the opposite. In life a lot of our frailties are linked to how we view ourselves and how we view ourselves is often linked to far from adequate childhoods. So many achievers are achievers to prove worth to themselves and others. This often hides their vulnerabilities. A mask to hide behind until it falls off in view of everyone. (Gascoigne etc)
