Given the performances so far, no surprises or argument from me with the starting 11, though I'm sure that whatever happens we will see a few substitutions again as Carlos will either need to change tact if things not going to plan or else rest some players whilst giving others game time if we're on top. No easy games in the Championship but I'm expecting the latter!
