Thread: Rice & Grealish in for some stick.

Angry Rice & Grealish in for some stick.

Add to the fact the England interim boss of Irish heritage is not singing the King's anthem, it should be a spikey contest in Dublin tonight.

And not singing the National Anthem should ensure interim is all he'll ever be.

There’ll probably be some chanting on both sides. Remember “Lizzie’s in a box”? Frankly if anyone gets upset at chanting they’d best avoid football matches. Personally I’d recommend getting a few people to listen to Ricky Gervais before they get upset.

I thought we were OK in the first half, much less passing back than usual but in the second half it was like we'd decided to sit on our lead. We created hardly anything and let ireland back into the game. Kane was firing blanks again. Grealish was fine, why did Southgate drop him? Overall marginally better but still disappointing.

Seems to me a storm in a tea cup whipped up by the media. I don't give a FF whether he sings or not, just get the team playing good football, pick the right players in the right positions, win games and leave the singing to Pavarotti.

Pavarotti. Was he not the leading goal scorer in Italia 90 who was famous for his wonderful voice?
