O/T:- Mike Williamson to leave MK Dons for Carlisle?

Seems a strange move, but it's being reported a deal has been done. He was supposed to be on our shortlist at one time.

I was delighted to see Wimbledon beat the fake club on Saturday even though it puts them two points behind us with a game in hand.

Walk before he is pushed maybe? They are so inconsistent this season and that hammering by the Don's won't of helped his cause...Carlisle would be getting a decent manager though 🙄

You have to wonder why he's decided to walk
Maybe issues with the new owners behind the scenes that aren't in the public domain yet?
Just supposition but very unusual as MK have been throwing money at players since the change of ownership - they tried to get one of ours on deadline day as well as taking Aaron Nemane earlier on
I suppose it's also possible a move north suited him as he'd been at Gateshead since 2018 before joining MK

I guess the new Kuwaiti owners want to bring in a higher profile manager...Southgate maybe
