    Darren Eales

Very sad news he has blood cancer and will step down once a successor is found.

Praying for you Darren and your family. Hoping for a speedy recovery.

This guy is some tough cookie to have continued to work leading the club with this health problem.

    I very much doubt it.
I think she’s moved on to pastures new. She was a good fit for us but people forget she’s a business woman first and foremost. She’ll have trebled the value her investment in the club when she left and had a big legal bill to pay.

She may have been forced out but it was for financial rather than political reasons IMO.

Very sad news, first and foremost for Darren and his family, but also for the club.

He will be hard to replace, such a nice guy.

Most important thing is that he respond well to the treatment. Football is worth nothing compared to this.

I hope he gets hounered at SJP, I'm sure that will help him going into treatment.

Fingers crossed and get well, Darren! I would like to see him back at SJP at some point. Quality man.

    **** news.

Feel for him and his family - as said, football pales in comparison to this.

Hopefully he'll get his successor in place quickly so he can get out to get better.
