    Why?

Personally I will always respect it and appreciate what soldiers past and present have been through and in most cases given up their lives for

Its your choice , but I watched it and always will , I will also be at the cenotaph this morning but everything is an individual choice, I am slightly puzzled as to why last nights service has put you off but as I say it is your choice , no problem

I've often thought that the conflicts we've involved ourselves in were terrible decisions , young lives lost or received life changing injuries in places like Iraq and Afghanistan where we actually made things worse and created many enemies who have responded with terrorist attacks and innocent citizens have lost their lives too as a consequence .

In my opinion there's not much to be proud of .

The way I navigate that and remember our fallen on Remembrance Sunday is to remind myself it's the politicians who sent them to fight wars we shouldn't be involved in .

Our military go where they are told to go and fight who they are told to fight .

It still remains the ultimate sacrifice and we should remember them .

The choice of narrator was the reason. His voice doesnt fit the occasion.. Clive Myrie would be a lot better. Just didnt fit. At least they did t choose Claire Balding

I was born in 1947 and I well remember the food ration books back in the day a timely reminder of our countries progressive recovery.

To all our armed services and allies I thank all those that perished along with those that returned home providing us with the life we know.

For them all including others more recent, I will always remember.
