Firstly defence.
Mael is making too many errors - IMO because his upper body strength isn?t strong enough and easily gets pushed off the ball. So then:
Pines to middle CB.
Roberts to right CB.
Earl remains at left CB.
Pines is also likely to chip in with a few goals.

Midfield:
OKeefe - right wingback.
Gent - left wingback.
On the performance against Cambridge then Nwakali has to start every game. He brings something completely different to the table - that?s his ability to pick out a pass that can unlock defences.
But who should be at the side of him?
Connell is an excellent defensive midfielder - but Russell has the height that causes opposition defenders problems and also the ability to get forward and score.

Forwards:
We have major problems in the forward line.
Roll on the January window !!!
Currently we only have Humphrys that looks like scoring.
Phillips drops in and out during a game and is a luxury we can do without.
Dunn has yet to get going.
As much as I don?t like Cosgrove because he is a big target man but seldom brings the ball under control to bring in others - I still feel he has a role to fill as he?s that awkward to mark.

The forward line is where the major changes have to be made.
I hate the thought of playing players out of position - it obviously reveals a dip in recruitment - but needs must.
I?d try Cotter or even Lofthouse up front.
We all know Cotter goes AWOL in his defensive duties as a wingback - but he?s reported to be the quickest at the club. Given a free role with the ability of Nwakali to pick out a pass then Cotter could cause defenders all sorts of problems.

So then - the line up:
Killip
Roberts - Pines - Earl.
O?Keefe - Nwakali - Russell - Gent
Cotter - Cosgrove - Humphrys
