It'll be great to get out of the house!

Lets hope both teams turn up and give the fans something to shout about.

Looking forward to the game, and given that Queens have a very busy home spell in January, - its critically important to get those extra fan behind us.

With the amateur leagues on holiday and people visiting the region for Christmas, - plus good weather forecast, - a decent crowd should be on the cards.

You just hope that Queens put on a performance in front of what will be a bigger crowd than normal in this derby match encounter to encourage some of those floating supporters to return. Our home form is very good. Mon the South.

That second half was embarrassing. We get a good crowd and put in a performance like that. Back to less than 1000 next week and no one can be criticised for not returning. Murphy has to be relieved of his duties or our season is over.

Murphy is so out of his depth it's unbelievable.

The one thing that we are crying out for now is an inspirational manager. No obvious unemployed candidates but I am sure our Chairman knows a certain Paul Simpson who is currently looking for a job. Splash the cash now and see if he'll take the job.

Looks like Fraser Bryden was pushed in the back before his handball for the penalty award.

Great crowd, - great goal from Brooksie, - yes a poor second half from Queens but a fair result methinks.................................that's football.

Now for the rational thinking: the crowd on Saturday will be back to a thousand or so for a host of reasons: 1) People have no money after the festive season 2) Queens have a home Scottish Cup tie looming 3) Alloa will bring just a handful of fans 4) The Southern Counties and Saturday leagues will be back playing 5) The diaspora on holiday will have returned to their own homes 6) Some people will be working 7) It's an ordinary league game, - not a local derby, 8) tickets are not subsidised by local firms 9) the weather will not be as perfect as it was yesterday

Of course Queens didn't play well yesterday, - or at least not at all well in the second half, - but let's be sensible, - even if they'd won 5-0, - the crowd would have been lucky to reach 1350 for the reasons stated above.
