    Another nail in the coffin of lower league football

    L1 and L2 owner investment to be restricted from the 2025/26 season

    Clubs in League One and League Two will be restricted to the amount of money put into clubs by owners that can be spent on players wages and transfer fees,under new rules clubs will only be able to spend a proportion of any investment over ?500k

    That will bugger Wrexham up if they do not go up
