    O/T Trans in America

Some sensible things that the Americans are doing.

Bioligical men or Trans can no longer participate in womens sports! The can no longer change in womens changing areas either!

Biological women or Trans can no longer participate in mens sports or use their changing areas.

The letter T has been removed from the LGB slogan on government documents.

A step in the right direction for me and my gay friends and family agree! Do you?

Totally agree what Trump has done regarding this situation.

Do not get me wrong, I have several gay men and gay woman friends but, the line has to be drawn where men, irrespective of their new gender, want to compete against women.

Physique, muscle mass, just look at Bruce Jenner as an example.

What we will now see is the media jump on this and say Trump is out of order.

I can at last understand the arguments for seprating biological *** in sports (although ackowledge there's a much bigger debate than this but not going into it). What I don't understand is the removal of the letter T from gov documents. Not read into it but isn't this an attempt to deny trans's existence? If so, you happy with that?

The original LGB community took years to establish being accepted in society. When I was at school is was still an offence when gay men could go to prison if they were caught.
Over years the discrimination and the education for the masses has led to gay people being openly accepted as it should be.

The existence of Trans people isn?t up for debate. They exist! We all know they exist they?ve existed for years and they used to be called cross dresses.

The USA have also said that there are only 2 ***. Male and female.

So, if we acknowledge that they exist, and that the existense of T in the LGBT helps to give a formal acknowledgement from the world at large (and we have had several young trans people through our college doors), the validation of their existence and identity from their familiesa and wider communities, is one of the things that they struggle the most with and with an extremely high number of mental health struggles makes them a hugely vulnerable group. With that in mind, I struggle to think why the US would want to do this, when the negatve impact of withdrawing recognition and recognising their identity is a major source of many struggles for them. It may seem like a small thing to the world at large, but it will have a serious impact on many in the trans community. It feels quite unnecessary and cruel.

How anyone can go along with a policy cooked up by a moron like trump is beyond me. Anyone who does shouldn't be a moderator on a site like this and needs to consult a dictionary to see what a moderators role actually is. Piss poor as usual from the men in charge on here but nowt surprises.

But why should the LGB be forced to suffer the T+ group?

The real ***ual orientation of a group is well accepted but the trans and + are a fettish?
