Just how tight can tightass Ratcliffe get

He finished up with egg on his face.

Traditionally Manure have treated their stadium staff to free coaches to away cup games.

Tight-ass Rat-ass cancelled these on the excuse of economy, but Bruno Fernandes offered to pay for them out of his own pocket.

Guess what. Rat-ass put a block on this claiming it would make the club look mean.

You couldn't make it up could you.

    Great gesture by Fernandes.

Ratcliffe is turning out to be an English version of the Glazers.

Not sure how he could stop Fernandes doing this.

Could threaten to fine him, bringing the club into disrepute

Thats one way to alienate your 1 good player and saleable asset. Dare say he'd get wholesale support from the fanbase, rank and file.

    I'd do it.

And of Ashley and them combined. But if possible even worse.

This is the bloke who was claiming that his growing up on a council estate in Manchester made him a reliable custodian of the club.

He raised season ticket prices claiming of Fulham pay more than their fans do, then they should raise the price.

Property prices / wages / cost of living just slightly different between Greater Manchester and an affluent area in west London 🤣

All of this from a nerd who pledged loyalty to Chelski by being a season ticket holder there. He even tried to buy that club stating he would spend over a billion on the ground.

Now all he can do to make a statement at Manure is penny pinch at the expense of the poorly paid staff.

I think he'll take things worse yet. . . I'm sure there is more he can do.

    Great gesture by Bruno though.

I'm sure you are right with that assessment Jammy, I reckon with him at the helm they will lose much more than they will gain.

I'd imagine that with a combination of him and their current poor position there might be a few of their sponsors thinking negative thoughts.

Let's face it, a few seasons ago they were top notch at attracting sponsorship and they always looked upon it as their right, but now the likes of Liverpool, Citeh and Arsenal have virtually over taken them and with the likes of ourselves, Chelsea, and Villa on their tails, they will be getting less of the crust and the rest of us more.
