    Grimsby (A) Postponed

Would an announcement be on the Friday night or something useless like 11am.

They've already called off a youth cup game they had scheduled there against Tottenham last night, they called it off Monday afternoon.

Would think that was PP with one eye on future frosts & the game on Saturday. Not severe frosts so if the pitch is covered & the stands don't prevent the sun on it, would hope it goes ahead

Not as optimistic as some on there? one stating above zero for 30 hours in run up to KO? the weather forecast I have seen is minus 3 each evening leading in to the game with temperatures due at zero an hour before KO.
If the frost covers don?t work, the game will be off.

The met office seems to imply 3 from 12 Saturday for two hours

But it's below 0 until then

If its on sky, then it will go ahead. They will provide there own covers for the pitch to ensure the game goes ahead..

Maximum of 2° before then according to Google with -1° night before - it's a PP I'd imagine but I've no idea how well they're protecting it.

would those be the same frost covers that Cheltenham used a few days ago?

It?s not a main game though, just sky plus.
