    Carlos

Good win tonight. Hes been in charge of 5 games so far. 2 cup matches and 3 league matches. Won both cup matches lost to Real Madrid after leading till the 80th minute. Drew away to Sevilla, and won tonight against Real Sociadad who are 7th. Off the bottom now and hopefully gets his home club out of trouble this season. Just posting this for those who wished him the best.
5 matches Won 3, Drawn 1 lost 1. The owner incidentally is like Lai. Never goes to matches.

I think every supporter would wish any past West Brom employee well. I still have fond memories of Dawson and Evans plus follow Harvey Barnes.

The two Valencia cup matches were in front of a trickle of fans because one of the clubs is lower league and the other in a league even lower with B sides so hardly inspiring.

More interested in real legends to be honest like Astle and Regis. Now these two players defined the word - excitement - at the Hawthorns!

As the old saying goes?..you can only beat what is in front of you.

I still wish Corberan all the best. No ifs, no buts. He has got nothing to with Astle or Regis. They never managed this great club. They were great players.

Al, give it a rest for the sake of this board. Please.

Who are you the Mod? No he left due to the personal comments made!

As for the rose tinted glasses poster perhaps he should ignore negative valid comments. As Bomber said - disgusting how a stupid and personal comment was made that we matched Bournemouth in the first half and he said anyone who thought otherwise should be on drugs! Some who went to the match just laughed it was so pathetic and personal too! Is that acceptable and did he apologise?

Off to Middlesbrough and should I not respond if there?s a comment like the above and the poster spends jack s hit? Strange how people like Prando communicate the positives and negatives as well as Matt and get respectable responses regardless of whether their views are agreed. There?s a way,

Bomber clearly knows his football and if for example he wants to communicate how he does ( like me ) then best to ignore the comments of you don?t agree - just like most posters.

No i am not a Mod. Like you say, he left due to personal comments made. Tell me, do you recall his last posts and who they were between!

I was just trying to get you to stop pulling apart everything Boingy scribes. Simply put, we do not need silly comments made by people trying to get the upper hand over other posters.

The silly comments ( even embarrassing) are saying we matched Bournemouth in the first half and those who think otherwise must be on drugs FFS. How pathetic!

He needs to get it into his head the fan base are split on Corberon ( he could look at social media ) or would know this if he went to a game. Corberon did a decent job but was not the Messiah as he thinks. I didn?t personally rate him but my son did. To keep defending Corberon to those who were frustrated with him - well why! Get your opinion across but for those who are negative about him that?s up to them. Boingy thinks those who booed at Preston when Wallace came on are idiots. Whilst I would never boo a player you can?t call those with differing opinions who spend money at matches idiots. I applaud everyone who spends money going to a match - these are the true fans.

Shouldn?t we all be looking forward to Mowbray who is a great guy and knows how to excite people? But all we get the Carlos is great again by winning one la Liga match and two poxy cup matches against lower league sides. Wow!

Don?t hear Bilac is wonderful for example as he achieved far more than Carlos - promotion to the Premier!

Perhaps he needs not to make stupid comments and Bomber has cleared been riled who knows his football.

So no don?t turn this around on me unless there?s another agenda!

Your posts are so full of contradictions and opinions that you present as facts. I imagine you sat waiting for Boingy to post so you can pull it apart as in when he simply posted the fact we were 6th and you responded by return with.

'Let?s be so f uckin happy for a draw today then and one point and not moan about the two points lost albeit we played well.

PS - were you the fat kid at school where competition didn?t matter - it was all in competing rather than winning?'
    [/I]

    Is that in anyway constructive?

I imagine you sat at a match waiting for Furlong to make a mistake so you can come here and let the world know.

And I'll ask once again who made you the arbiter of who is a good poster. YOU may think someone knows his football (what you actually mean is he agrees with you) others like me may think not much of a poster's opinions. I present that as an opinion unlike you not a fact!

All I ask is you practice what you preach and respect other posters and by all means disagree and give your side but don't go for the jugular when they post something you don't agree with

I for one will limit my postings now as I?m tired of the pathetic, ignorant and downright insulting postings of certain people, everyone on this board has a right to express their opinions whether seen to be right or wrong.
Respect must be given and shown, it?s time the mods stepped in, regarding Baggieal, I?ve never met the guy but he comes across as a genuine guy, a supporter who actually spends money and time travelling to games not sat on a sofa watching fotmob or whatever it?s called, to have a go because he puts his opinions across strongly and in my opinion correctly is just wrong, I think like myself he?s one of the old school, play to win, give everything not this woke namby pamby culture.
If people don?t like his or my comments either ignore them or put an erudite sensible argument back not insulting personal comments, as I say it?s time the mods stepped in and stopped it.

So is it acceptable to say we matched Bournemouth in the first half and for those who didn?t think so must be on drugs? Is this true? Should someone not respond? Should somebody who sits in his armchair make a strong statement like that over someone who gets off their a rse and pays good money to go to a match?

Why the hell would I want any of our players to make mistakes? If this was the case why would I waste my time going tomorrow night in the freezing cold. I was very doubtful of Styles and have recently said he?s been one of our best players. I was critical of Grant on the past but he?s been player of the season. Many are critical of Disngana but I have said he would do well with fast flowing football or under Mowbray!

I am critical of what I see ie Wallace and Cole but again unless they prove me otherwise - I?m no different to the majority.

I am sure in your eyes your the judge of a good poster!!
