Aye - Shola really isn't great at this job it feels like.
Feels very like he got it as link to fans etc.
I'd agree about bringing him back but equally, something to be said about having to force your way into managers thinking.

Remember him? He?s out on loan to gain match experience and has sat on the bench for the last 2 games! Why oh why does the club,or rather Shola, allow this to happen. He would be better off either staying with us,working with the first team squad or loaned to Hartlepool,Darlington,Carlisle, anybody but abroad. Garang Kuol had the same experience, and he?s now playing for the u21s and scoring ffs. Cancel Pivas loan deal and get him bs k where there?s some control over what he?s actually doing, or in this case not doing, crazy to allow this to happen!

Seems to happen a lot with our loans lately whats wrong with loaning them to a lower league side in England to get used to the English game, Shola needs sacking this keeps happening.
I suppose the lower league sides here have to show some interest.
Which they do in our players that have come through, it tends to be those we've bought in that they don't look at as much - Kuol, Minteh and now Pivas.
If any of them show any promise, the cartel's rules will mean we'd probably have to sell them anyway.
To add on to this about Shola.
Alex Murphy has been loaned to Bolton, the manager who signed him was sacked 3 days later.
Since then, they've played 4 games. He has got onto the pitch once for a few minutes. Other 3 games he's been on the bench.
Shola needs to get in contact and see what is happening because it's going to harm his development if he just sits on their bench for half a season.
