    Burton Albion Post Match Thoughts

Well that was a bit of a shock after our recent upturn in form. Despite their league position Burton had been playing pretty well the last couple of months so just a bad day at the office? Outmanaged? Paper thin squad? Schoolboy defending? All of the above? After it all started so well with a goal for the debutant with one of his first touches in a Millers' shirt.

    Thoughts?

Easily beaten by the bottom club. Why did the wheels fall off so soon? I think our faint hopes of scraping into the playoffs went up in smoke today. Cambridge improving and I fear we might get turned over again on Tuesday. Something just ain't right.

Really disappointing after our recent good form. When I saw who we'd got in the next two games I was rubbing my hands in expectation of six points coming our way. Ha-ha I should've realised that we always play crap against the teams at the bottom. I'm feeling depressed now.

No shock at all! Who do most teams in a terrible run of form usually beat, that's right good old rotherham united!
Absolutely Kieran dyer today. I can't wait for his post match interview which will be a completely different view to everyone else with eyes who was in attendance today. Get ready for Cambridge to do the same on Tuesday.
I'm sick of hearing his bullshine! The chairman this the chairman that! Where are Teflon Tony and his wallet? 1 signing when you're manager is talking play off push is laughable! Evans is a walking soundbite, he's been tasked with bigging up the chairman at every opportunity, I hope people start voting with their feet and showing TS that they're fed of how he's running this club, no ambition, no plan, no idea! Another Saturday ruined by a shambolic excuse for a football team!

    Should have been 7 or 8 - 2 didn't turn up, worrying.

By sound of it midfield our right not on it today. I said from day 1 Humphreys it's not his position sell if we can get someone who it's their natural position. Mcdonald like Kelly as players don't know why they're here? Need some height up front whose up to speed not was! Need some signings can't be all loans in.

You and your magic eye wouldn't know a decent player if they smacked you in the face! That defeat today had nothing to do with Humphrys! We aloud them to get crosses in and couldn't defend them. Their right back and 32 year old striker ran us ragged! We scored our goal form playing football not lumping it to a target man, just like last week against Charlton. Maybe we should try and get Lamy back during this window eh?

The last two results sums us up exactly.... mediocre.
Even with our two home victories, we gave three cheap goals away. Still, it is only one defeat in six, and not against any of .our close rivals. Still sticking to my tenth place finish prediction.

We played with 10 men from the start today because Humphreys was slow, weak in the tackle and totally uninterested. He strolled around like he wanted to avoid getting injured and jeapordise the transfer I feel will be inevitable in this transfer window
