    The pitch

Admittedly I know nothing about how long a pitch takes to mature etc but considering the upgrade we had in the summer, it seems to be the worst playing surface we?ve had for a number of years.
Our pitch has looked brilliant throughout the season over the last few years. This season there seems to be virtually no grass in places.
It?s not terrible but I?m just surprised considering the investment that was made!

It's just got a few niggles. Should be fine in a few weeks or months.

Yes, it sounds as if it needs resting for a few games.

It's getting there. Can't rush it back.

I've heard of a 'grass stain', but not a 'grass sprain'? Lets hope it doesn't fork our chances of promo up.

I said that last night. Looks barren in patches. Surprised after the summer works. I didn’t think the weather had been so detrimental this season either tbh.

If it needs relaying, it could be a real drain on resources. Last night certainly planted a seed of doubt in my mind. Perhaps we should look to germinate the groundsman's contract.

They've been advertising it for hire over the close season so they must be happy with it to not give a reat or redo it. It's a tad like our team, a bit barren in places

Perhaps we can get another pitch in on a season-long loam?
