    Spireites

Any news faces??? (Please not Shilow) How much would anyone change last Saturday's team?
There's a feeling of optimism about and a big away following but I'm for a bump. 2-1 loss.

I'd be very happy with a point, maybe 1-1 this time. Strangely enough there's been no mention of Shilow, after he was on the bench last week but never even warmed up at half time so obviously only there as last resort, while we're told one or more of Long, Bogle and Hemmings may be available - not Mickey D though making progress. Wiliams and Cooney (him on bench I suspect) are off their suspensions too, so a bigger squad to choose from - bet we go back to back 3 more obviously than LB says we still were at times last week.

Why not Shilow? He is one of our best players and his work rate is strong and he has pace. I am intrigued

Hurm, it the start of a tough month of March, my prediction for the month is as follows Chesterfield 1, Fleetwood 1, Salford 0 (bogey team), Doncaster 1, Notts County 3 (Stange but I have a feeling they will attack us, giving us space to counter), Port Vale 1, (dog fight) so at the end of the month a total of 7 x points, making 59, which looking at the teams around us, I do not think 7 x points will keep us in 7th place, probably drop to 10-12th. I hope not.

Also, it does not get easier with Grimsby and Bradford in early April, before in theory easier games.

Big gap currently at 10th, with teams below needing a big run of games to get up into playoff places.

    Good luck today

Mainly because "effort" is his one and only 'skill'. He runs a lot but nothing much else. I haven't got the stats but he must rank pretty low on goal involvement throughout the league relative to his number of appearances.
I have nothing against him personally but Thibaut is more of a menace to opposition defences.
Hopefully, he proves me wrong today.

Think Shilow has just demonstrated my problem with him after 3 minutes.

As I said, one of our better players. If he were much better he wouldn't be playing for us!
