    Ramadan

Why the hell should a football match stop for one player because of Ramadan? Would they do the same for a Catholic player who is fasting during Lent?

    I somehow doubt it.

The true observer of Ramadan needs some sustenance at elite sports level. If we can stop a game for 5 minutes while VAR pi$$es about, I don’t think a couple of minutes to stop and let a player hydrate is of great significance. Is this post possibly about not liking Muslims?

I am only here to please, it’s not like the lad was putting a prayer mat on the halfway line and praying to Mecca.

and praying to Mecca.......'' and praying towards Mecca.

Why Do Muslims Pray Towards Mecca? Known as the House of Allah SWT, Muslims face the Holy Kaaba while praying (performing Salah) because the Almighty commands it, and Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) instructs Muslims to do the same.

It is important to remember that Muslims pray to face the Kaaba and not to it.
